I believe he will be level 159 when you first get him no matter your level and be able to use him. Pretty nice for low level players.

that start at lvl 159 is cancer.especially for fights between low lvl players.and the openings it leaves for abusing that.now we re gonna be skipping base functions-rules of the game?

this feels more and more like dragon ball there is always stronger one and after some time it is so ridiculous you have to forget about power levels and anything that was built in the beginning because from simple martial arts now the characters can destroy galaxies. This is how it feels here just terrible but hey gj continue to destroy this "game" with such garbage and broken characters for which you'll need to "fix" events...

Chaos on all for 2 rounds? You do more dmg to yourself than to enemy, Easy to outspeed others due to lvl 159 so with T1 it's basically king of mid levels

When you go to some party and see a pinata you gon smash it, it's fun. The day after you go to the same party but with a different pinata, a perfect one, so pretty... You might want to keep it for decoratio/museum or whatever but... this is not fun if you don't smash, right ? It's the same for every partner/zanpakuto threads, you complain even if the partner is perfectly balanced and all, otherwise the thread is boring if there is no complain.

Come on, throw your best insult to that partner, have some guts ! Even Berny is monitoring an offline event where the players who threw the best insults get top rewards, shall we start ? *wink*

Price/Power/Other Characters

There must be a limit to how OP characters must be. You get stronger and stronger characters or trash that they sell as strong character. All orange tanks must be like Ginjo, all Orange Assaulters must be like HVI all support must be like BWB not identical but close.

The problem is the one who manages the game are idiots and don't know how to balance their game so there will be always complains also I don't remember such uproar before

Are everyone here braindead and can't see that obvious problem which made 95% of the characters irrelevant and/or overprized

100% guaranteed poison, chaos and clear buff on enemy team.
And when Opponents zan hits it gives clears debuff, speed and Defense. And to add more Tutski's last mod. (little twicked)
Still too much and starts with lvl 159!! No exp scrolls needed.

Give it in CSB shop

I don't work for them. I'm a player with very limited influence over company choices.

I would argue his exclusive skill is not the worst for Void Region in terms of protection and fury regeneration, but I'm not exactly up to wasting my time defending lukewarm partners. This is not a partner I completely approve of. It's just what they churned out for the month. Nothing new with this game. He'll benefit new players and then die.

triggering the def mod. either u 1-shot him first round or he'll be problematic on the
next rounds, especially if he gets paired up w/ fury booster partners

Nope. Hell Verse Ichigo is only pseudo immune, but he rarely attacks in chaos in my experience

I said affordable and pure immune, Shield breaks fast when kido support attacks like SDT or BWB.
But yes HVI is good if build-ed up nice.

I once won because of chaos and HVI's skill to attack whole team without fury. I never thought i would win.

It was tested on the test server earlier. It doesn't reduce fury of supports that are immune. Tsukishima's does say "cannot be immuned", but Mayuri's doesn't. This made BWM even less useful.

I guess it does work. It was tested earlier against a FBI that adds 50 fury, so they didn't see the reduction. They tested again and found it reduced fury from Hasch. False alarm.
