Top up portion. On the left top up a certain amount will get random rebate from the number right below. tons of granz fragments you can get from top up.

Spending portion, everyday you get to claim those bag once for free. There are red envelope you can get and use them to get a certain points you can claim stuff from the points shop.

It's 200% during the Chinese new year event. 60k gold for mayuri, from what I see.

They give Guild Coins where you can trade for (if I remember correctly) evolution fragment chest in the near future.

On the third page, there's a button above points shop, you can click to open up those red packets, open up to gain random points in the shop I believe.

I know where to use Red Packets, it just doesn't work! I got 16 of them and can't use them in the page of event!

Yea I'm planning to buy bankai mayuri, not 100% sure. Anyway, I saw that everytime I one click open and there was 2 red packs, they don't add and go to backpack, it works when there is only 1, but don't work when there are 2 red packets. I realized that when I was doing the event, I'm really careful with those things.

So, to summ what I've just said: When there are 2 red packs on that panel. When you receive them, they don't add into the event, they go straight to backpack and can't be used.

yep, but can't go for anything else like FBI, I don't have that good of vanguard and bwb will do some things for my team, especially for my HVI, so that's why.. and after I'll see if I Go for 3-2-0 or 2-2-1

Yeah, agree on that, but I need first a support and I will see between Yammy and Ginjo who i’ll chose and most impetant I should decide about formation. 3-2-0 2-3-0 2-2-1. Was thinking even at Moe, but I’m more for BwB now and I will see about adding the last char into formation...

I will explain: I did "one-click open all", but before I was checking if the panel got red bags so I can get some bonus points. When there was 2 red bags on the panel, instead of being usable on the same page of event, they went to backpack.
I did 20k gold there and got about 18 unusable red bags.
Then I came on forum and as you see above mentioned about this situation and took a pause from the event for let's say 2h.
Back to the event again, did another 15k that worked smoothly without any bugs.
Still, I have 18 red bags in my backpack...

Edit: They are not just 50 points, mostly 100 points(about 70% of them) 50 points(20%)150 points(5-10%)

This is a good event top up and slightly below the discount on spending compare to Christmas. But still good deal to spend. Like if you buy Blood War Mayuri, you can get another partner for free with extra points on the side.
