Formation is Ikkaku, Kirinji, Christmas Ichigo, True Shikai Ichigo, Main.
Zanpakuto is Senbonzakura.
Lvl 99.
I spent 910 challenge stones on 91 universal modify fragments to modify my TSI, and I only got to his 2nd mod. Apparently his healing mod is really good, so I'm trying was thinking of buying modify chests to try and rush for it.

[attach]23738[/attach]  Any help on how to make him better is appreciated. Only his sword and headband are fully socketed. He only has 2 hit spirit stones because I didn't know which stones to take out.

indeed spending on resources is never a bad idea as long as you can see the investment anytime or inherit. However 910 challenge stones for 91 almighty modify is too much in my opinion. Just mod Harribel and Kisuke from Tavern and then inherit them. They give 26, respectively 22. Spend your challenge stones for asauchi(lvl 130 equip) and accessory. As for your TSI, block and counter looks good. Try to have 2 and 4 pieces of ultimate equipt. I mean 2 firelord/4 aquaria. 4 firelord/2 dark etc. for the immune! Build HP and STR on him.
However I see you have 2 assaulters that aren't helped by anyone, Kirinji is not a team player, even when he hits exclusive skill. So my advice is to search for a support, at least for the pve, wait an ubp..I don't know, stacking VG at your level means you'll lack at ES/RYOKA. So don't focus on TSI and search for a good supp and focus PVE for now. Even if you stack your TSI you will fail in PVP because you don't have anything else, TSI with RJ maybe, you let the dude tank and let RJ do the dmg, however you lack supp line and assaulter line, OFC in terms of BP you wouldn't change your Kirinji with Kisuke, however in terms of what they can offer for the team Kisuke is 3 tiers above kirinji for a low vip. TSI is indeed the best char in your team and it makes sense to stack him. However, it makes more sense to focus PVE and daily's instead of PVP. If you really want to hard stack TSI with your Zan witch gives 25% boost to ASSAULTERS Mostly, take that advantage and don't make a damage dealer out of your VG. Keep him to tank and nothing more, he's lacking anyway. But first you need to improve your other areas in formation.
Ikkaku tavern is not that big of a deal, never mind what his fanboys will tell you about how good is him with exclusive skill. He just lacks, try to find better assaulter/supps that helps team.

Yeah, I definitely will recruit Urahara at some point as I think he's going to help a lot more in pve events than kirinji would.  Also I'm 12 days away from fulfilling soul cult bar. What should I exchange for? I was thinking about just exchanging for frags, and dumping it all on my tsi but that doesn't seem to be a very good idea. Ryujin is also outta my budget range. Also by a support that helps team, are you thinking of something like a noble isane?

I got stones everytime at the beginning, however I think at lvl 100 I was already vip 7, so don't mind me. Get Yama from Soul Coultivation. And first rent him from Karakura Town festival, so he is already your level. Isane Kotestu/Hikifune is better than Noble Isane, you need to boost physical attack not damage rate. cheers

she gives combo as well dont forget dat
and dont take that 70%dmg rate lightly  cuz 1.7*X% dmg rate(minimum dmg rate a pleb would have) isnt sth to laugh at
Its better than a mere 50% phy atk increase...nay dare i even say better than a 150% phy atk increase

Overall, I would take ATK buff for DMG rate every time and I explained above why.

REcruit haribel and urahar and farm their mod easy to reach 3 stars fast, if u have gold inherit them for 50 gold each; regarding challenge stone i say better focus first on lvl130 set to get max asauchi and ofc aquiaria set to all ur partners if u didnt equipe the 5 of them;

ATK, physical/kido is the starting point of the dmg. a 70% dmg rate buff doesn't matter dude when you ATK isn't boosted enough.
If you said, first boost your atk then your dmg rate I would agree with you, but if the OP said "something like Noble Isane" and for his particular team when he doesn't have any atk boost.except for the zanpakuto's buff. Why the dmg rate?
If you get a buff of 50% atk and a halo of 20%.  then you might think to get a boost in dmg rate.
They have 200k phy atk on their main assaulter, they don't need any of your Godlike DMG RATE.
You stated the fact that 70% dmg rate is better than 150% phy atk increase, I guess it doesn't have any sense to continue this conversation. just wtf dude
