Does Clear all debuff of Elegant Unohana work against Ryūjin Jakka?

Nope, her shield protects you a bit from the burn's damage (since shield has HP, though she has a low physical ATK for that matter) but not clear right away, shields only clear the CCs not the debuffs (-DEF, -ATK, -block etc...) nor the DoTs.
