I bough shinigami agent a while ago and cause i am staying with my family, who also play the game, they told me i was meant to recieve a title, i checked and this is my screen

I cant click recieve immediately, do i need to topup again? because I have topped up 20 dollars after having shinigami agent and it self hasnt lit up, i cant recieve any of the stuff in there :/

check in your inventory, the title should be there

the title only is received after you renew the shini agent for 1K gold its not received on first activation.
