Still yet to recieve my minazuki which I had "purchased" on the 22nd of April. Would really appreciate either getting my minazuki or atleast the gold back... or even an update on the situation

I sure hope that "the situation" involves my same issue too (Server: EU660, name: Snow). Sick of checking my bag and zanpkto page just to find out: "still nothing".

Yes, you are the only two to report having this problem so far. If Saitama weren't on a business trip, he'd probably do a better job communicating with them, but I will keep reminding them until they handle it for the time being.

Not sure if any progress on the issue but now i can not log into my account since todays void event (missing out again :S). After login i only see black screen, already tryed different browsers and pc-s no luck.

It's the weekend now. They don't really work during that time.

Do you know anybody else having a hard time logging in? Today's Void Region will be one where many will not get in anyway because of the bug they still have not fixed.

I don't have any real life friends who play and there is not many communities for this game(on discord one guy said it is working for him) And if i connect to a random eu server it is ok. But when i try to log in to my own server where i have character i get: login.php:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

Atleast it is not just me, but oh boy those last weeks have been frustrating for me. Not sure there is "compensation" that could make up for it. If i had not put so much money in this game i would of quited already :/

As a long-time player, I know the feeling. Hopefully, they will get EU servers restarted and working soon.
