I wanna hear your opinion what is best formation ?

Also,what are best partners currently....

I do not think there is a definitive best. Just many strategies. Some popular partners in EU/US are Hell Verse Ichigo, Sternritter Uryuu, Blood War Byakuya, Ginjo, Tsukishima, and Kokuto.

Some chars counters others, that's why you can't make an 100% perfect team.
With that in mind the best team overall, good in all places. Kugo-Stern-FBI-Gantz->Ichimonji. It's a good team that can do very good in PVP/PVE/VOID
However, this team can be beated by bwMayuri-Askin-HVI-Yammy->RJ
Yammy is a good VG potentially harder to kill than Kugo, I choose Kugo in the perfect team for FBI.
Note that in the perfect team FBI need exclusive skill. otherwise pick something else than gantz: BwB at least!
There are many strategies in building a team, therefore a perfect team doesn't exist.
You can bring the maximum of potential in every aspect. like let's say best team pvp, 3rd team pve, 2nd team void, etc.
If you're planning to start on a new server -> BW Mayuri, FBI,(+atk booster for PVE/void at least 50%) Sternritter, Yammy and RJ or straight Ichimonji for better stats. I prefer RJ early.
If you're already at a high level with ~10m people in your realm just counter what highest BP team have and you'll be good.

I think the most scary formation is ichimonji , ginjo , BWB , Muken ,
Hashwalth or kokuto .

Yes yours is scary indeed to be honest if u get fullbring ichigo
to replace tsukishima it may be even better than defence aura
cuz that way if u use his exclusive he will buff ginjo with counter dmg and he will reflect all that dmg cuz of that ichimonji aid .
It may not work as i imagine cuz no one is doing it yet .

I didn't know you were in our realm lol. Yeah I'll find a way to pick Bern apart, I got lucky in tot last week. Asaoka is #3, he has a very strong defensive build.
