I would suggest top up in Bargain Sale or Bankai Power, to stack more gold. After you stack gold, then you can buy an amazing partner than spending all the $350 at once.

depends on which event you like to top up...

Bargain Sale I would top $100 each day, for 3 days straight and see if you can spare another $50 to make another $100, cuz you will only get the special prize when you topped 4000 gold ($100 USD).

Bankai Power, I would top up same way and you can top $50 on 4th day. Hope your realm can reach 15 zanpakuto unlocked, you will get the bonus 888 gold for free to max profit.
