i spend 11k VIT for getting 40k crystals
ops i got 25k crystals
where is the rest

Is there a way admins/devs can check this, im from hes server and i know for fact he had that amount of vit. Its 000.1% of that happening, 2 crysts per 1 vit is insane. Worst you can do in ubp for 40k is max 13k vit and even that is giga bad luck. So if some one says he spent it on 2x vit instance and got 25k its still impossible since it would mean he would had got 50k by spending on 1x instance and thats giga/omega lucky to get 50k for 11k vit.

If you really did have any proof and did not spend on a boss battle, you would likely have to contact the GoGames support directly attaching that proof (though you may have to do it more than once).

You simply fought a boss, face it, never do UBP while drunk or sleepy.
Or you had 7k vitality only and spent on 1x vit stages to get 25k crystals and 11k was your imagination, maybe you forgot to burn your 400 BG ?

it's been a boss battle that drains 2 vitality.. hence your low amount.. don't worry we've all done it before ... you learn from mistakes.
