HI, in my server there is a person who's info i cant see in arena. it seems its not only me.

Eu 723 server (picture below)

seems others cant check her info either.
is it bug?

yes . plays everyday.
i even made an alt to see (just incase i was the one bugged and it dosent work on alt either)
