Had the same bug, next time refresh once and wait a loong time... eventually it'll refresh (even after you reloaded your browser)

Yup, can't do HMA on US64-74 either. YAY FOR MORE FUCKING BUGS THAT WONT GET FIXED FOR FOREVER. But hey, does it really matter? You still can't even MOD the SWP partners cause that shit has been broke for months as well, mise well just break the whole event now......YAY FOR SHITGOGAMES.
