Title: Shinigami Agent Title Bug [Print this page]

So i play on the server EU 723 SilghtlyDys and i just renewed my shinigami agent and i didn't get my Title, and i just topped up to be able to have the title but it doesn't appear to be in my inventory nor anywhere else.
Help please
