For past 2 weeks I've not been getting any exclusive frags from shutara's shop. Earlier I used to get it atleast every 3-4 days. It's a major source of my enhancement.(Wondering if anyone else is having the same problem.)
Is it a bug or am I extremely unlucky?

Well its based on luck. Past week i got it 4 times in a row but past 3/4 days not a single time so yea.

I had exclusive frags, my alt has. so.... it's really based on luck. I guess you are unlucky?
