i keep refreshing and this always appears and says took to long to respond and i am sure there is no problem in my internet

I see.
It could just have been an issue with your internet connection.
The game tends to be pretty unpredictable at times but I believe that a far spread issue would have been unlikely considering there were not exactly found to be any other reports of the same issue.
