Hi guys, what is the best way to go, 1-2-2 or 1-3-1 formation and why? Thank you

PS: I'm currently at level 51 and I've got Rangiku and Momo Hinamori and my main support right now is Orihime

I like that formation, when you are level 80 switch out momo with kisuke.

1-3-1 is not recommended, as crowd control spells are really important in PvP.

In PvE, you can switch out your VG and put assaulters in if you want more damage. ONLY if your assaulters are strong enough to tank the enemy attacks.

i recently get 80 and i thought of using Kisuke, Rukia Shin zabi renji, Renji, main in PvE, but my rukia is more weak than my komamura and i don't think this compensate, she is also slower than my renjis and mc, you thnk still compensate if i get lvl 80 set for her ?
