It does not work against Event enemies, no.
Neither does Void or that sort of stuff which disables enemy movement.
However debuffs like -50% attack or whatever do work on enemies except for Void enemies.author: picualex time: 2020-10-11 16:49:29

nope it doesnt work on event enemies.
