The moment i clicked on my free Ghost mask, the game bugged and said i was logged out, after some minutes i could log in and i did not have my ghost mask in Halloween Feast anymore...

Perhaps some other people have the same bug ?

Yes Same bug it said to "click confirm to refresh" and never gave GHOST MASK.

In my case I just opened the game got a nice and beautiful black screen .

Same, when I tried to receive rewards I get disconnected form the server , get a black screen and when I somehow load into the game no Masks ...........

It proved to its name "HALLOWEEN EVENT", got tricked with no treats(MASKS) LMAO.

All day rewards lost cause the black screen , I reported by mail at 11 am EU time, now still not working and I'm assuming, as the guys that work on that are from US until tonight late it will not be fixed, so problably the Halloween event rewards gone as well.

true probably one day more can't enter and can't do the half of the things and again lost cross server/arena reward (i have 20k reward for be the 1) and more things .... later 0 compensation gg
