Hi my beauty Game issue has not been addressed...
I do not have the additional tries as you implied from your post on my thread...
Clearly other players have similiar issues and as you can see from the screenshot it says i will get an additional 115 tries...
My daily chances still only show 5 daily...
I am still limited to 5 a maximum of 5 attempts and that is why i am addressing the bug to be fixed...
If i could use more than 5 attempts i would not have made the post...
you are a moderator but clearly do not care about the community...
This post was made December 3rd and you first replied on december 21st only to say that i have the additional tries and not using them...I would not try to cheat the game, i am a free to play, player and am just requesting help for an issue that is seriously slowing my progress through the soul map...
You have not helped fix my bug, the best advice i had so far was from a fellow player about how to fix the bug, but i followed the steps and the bug fix did not work on my game...
And as the thread about the beauty game suggested the bug fix does not always work... That is why i am requesting help from Support...[attach]24207[/attach]

Its not a bug
You have to login 3 days in a row to get 5 extra. You have it stacked and it says 115 as you can see.

The reason I didnt answer you:

1. Its Christmas Holiday, I dont check forum much :x
2. Most people report their bugs in discord now, which is easier for me to keep track.
3. I am waiting for you to realize your own mistakes. 18 days later, you still fail.

it says to add 115... it doesn't allow me to use any of those 115...
I've tried the big fixes...
I've been logging in continuously since i've been playing the game...
i even followed the steps in the Bug fix where you login to beauty game, before doing the daily sign in, then return back to beauty game after you've done the sign in to do the event... None of it helps, all it does it add 5 to the total chances i should get, but i never get them...
so instead of saying i don't realize my mistakes, explain how i make use of the additional 115 cause clearly when doing explorations it does not work?
so how do i access them in game?
I've done the continuous log in, plus tried the bug fix... none of these have helped or worked for me, which is why i have requested help from support

Dude, it doesnt add those to your daily tries!
1. Daily tries, they are always at 5 after reset.
2. Additional chances that you get after loging for 3 days continuosly! They start from 0 at its goes +5 on every 3rd day (log in).
When your ''TODAY'S EXPLORATION CHANCES'' hits the 0 try to explore again and check the ''SIGN-IN 3 TIMES...'' NUMBER.
ALSO HAPPY NEW YEAR AND I REALLY HOPE FOR YOU TO GET SMARTER IN 2021!

Just keep doing it after you used up your daily 5 chances... Understand?

look here mate i'll explain , and i'm gonna make it as simple as possible..
as you can see on the pic above , there's 2 things

1-Todays's exploration chances:
2- Sign-in 3 times continuously to add:

the first one is the daily chances , you get 5 chances everyday [it resets everyday].
and the second one is for the 3 sign-in chances , if you sign-in for 3 days consecutively you will get 5 chances , and it's 5 and no more than 5 .

Example:-

my chances are

1-Todays's exploration chances:5
2- Sign-in 3 times continuously to add:0

as you can see i have 5 chances from the daily chances , and now i'm going to use them , now i have the following".

1-Todays's exploration chances:0
2- Sign-in 3 times continuously to add:0

nothing Of course , so now i'm going to wait for the next day 00:00 on Bleach time.
now its the new day And i did sign-in for 3 days , so i have the following".

1-Todays's exploration chances:5
2- Sign-in 3 times continuously to add:5

i have 5 from my daily chances , and i have another 5 because i did sign-in for 3 days , now i did use my daily chances.
BUT I DID NOT use the 3 days sign-in chances , because i want to save it for something . so it's going to be like that".

1-Todays's exploration chances:0
2- Sign-in 3 times continuously to add:5

Another 3 days has passed , and i did sign-in all the 3 days , so right now i have the following".

1-Todays's exploration chances:5
2- Sign-in 3 times continuously to add:10

so , if you didn't use your 3 days sign-in , it's going to be stacked , untill you use it , so your not going to lose it .
But if you didn't use your daily chances , your going to lose your daily chances , because it resets everyday .

And you have to use your daily chances first if you want to use your 3 days sign-in chances.

and that's basically it ..
