I just faced an issue with Retsu Unohana's death mod in CSB. She should've healed the whole team upon death but there was no activation of the death mod.
I thought maybe they were any debuffs on my team but there were none.
I think the opponent's Retsu also failed to do the death skill but not sure if they had the mod
