First of all, you will need Urahara with his last modify ( initial bonus increase fury 20 ), cuz u need him with full fury at the start of the battle, so later he can give at least +25 fury to unohana, cuz unohana must also have full fury at the beggining instead of ur main. You will need 6 fury stones lvl5 for Urahara and for Unohana 1 fury stone lvl5 and 5 fury stones lvl4. Also it will be easier if you have ikkaku, cuz u need to kill their Vanguard fast. And if ur main is shinigami or quincy is more easier cuz you need less stones of wisdom, u will see why below.
step 1. Ur Unohana must have the biggest wisdom than all of your partners, to give more hp and that means best gear ( for supports ), stones, hogu, hogyoku, acc ...
step 2. Ur Vanguard ( Komamura is recomended ) must have the next most wisdom ( thats why i said if ur main is shinigami or quincy is more easier ) after Unohana, cuz the enemies formation is 1V-1A-3S and their Supp have the biggest dmg, so if u want to win u will need ur van alive.
step 3. The enemy supps have 60k speed, Ulquiorra have 58k speed ( without bonus reiatsu ), so ur main must play first of all, trust me. So u need to fix ur speed like this:Main/Urahara/Unohana. Btw after ur main their supps will attack but this is no problem.And Urahara doesn't need any dmg, u need him only for fury.
step 4. You will need Zabi and 10th skill.

step 5. When you try to put ur fury stones to Urahara and Unohana, u will have to remove other stones to free some space. I recoment u to remove one of all, except agility and wisdom.

That's all u will need to do. But be careful how u will fix ur speed, its important.

Btw 1 of ther supps will stun ur van, the other just attacking ur van and the other will attack ur whole team. Ulquiorra's skill attacking ur Ass and ignites them, but Unohana will heal up immediately, so dont worry about Ulquiorra, u have to kill fast their van and supps.

i found the fights between nel and grimm were the exact same just different effects off the Main in their team. I personally did it with stark, kisuke, tavern kenny, and unohona. my main only has about 51k speed and unohona had the second last amount of wis and stark didn't have any wis. I'm also a kido main. I also did it with 3rd skill on instead of last because i'm cool like that. I'm not overly powerful like someone in the top 8 on most of the servers either. But then again i use tengen for that last mod fight.

Over all it this does give people a good idea what to have when doing swp mod fights. Good job and also i didn't say all that to put down your personal thoughts on the easiest way to beat that last fight just to point out there is always another way to do it.
