Does Rukia give fury to the whole team or just herself? and does she give crit to my whole team or just herself?

herself and assaulters, assauters 30 per turn (45 at critical) and herself 100 each turn (150 at critical) never saw she giving more than +45 so i think is the max.

Aye its 30, if you want to to have full fury all the time, you need to get Urahara Kisuke too i think, he has the same passive as rukia.

No it doesn't, fury stones only give bonus fury for the FIRST TURN of the battle, after that they become useless and don't do anything anymore.

They are basically there to give you an edge over the opponent by activating your special skill buffs first, but do note that fury stones are crazy expenssive.
