I did not get the stones I was supposed to recieve. I got lvl 6's instead of level 8's. My points were 197 yet I was ranked 44th overall. Rank 8 had 170 points, rank 7 had 205. I should of been top 10. I have photo proof.

What can be done?

yeah, thats a good deal, i would have done the same too for the top if i needed , but as of now i am fine with the stones.

nah i sniped last 5 min and the ranks still get updated, someone snipe me back below 5 mins.. i think the last is 1 min or something, because last 1 min, the rank didnt budge

oh really? i had to wait for an hour to see my rank refresh , though i didnt check more than once. well if its 5 min, then i am sure others sniped him in the last 5 min.

nop bro youre wrong it actually refresh every 5 mins so as long he did in the last 10mins dunno if in the last 5 mins count when event end, but i did myself was rank 87 or someting then spend 300g 8 mins before event end and i make it into top 20, cheap lv7 stones btw
the problem is because his SS doesnt show event time left

the ranking gets refreshed every hour, but the current points gets refreshed as soon as you get points.

so say for example
at 2pm you were rank 44 and you had 97 points.
at 2:10pm, you topped up for say 1k g and got 100 points, so when you look at Event ranking, your rank will show the same ie 44(cos it will get refreshed at 3pm only), but your Current Points is shown as 97+100=197.
at 3pm is when your Current Ranking will be refreshed and it will come above that 170 guy if he hasn't done any topup by then.

reg the stones you received it could be cos
-you either did the final topup after the last hour ie 11pm , if so the Current Points gets refreshed but the ranking will not and from that pic it seems like that happened
or
-others did more topup than you, and there is some bug in the ranking points which didn't display the last hour rankings.
