I can't start the game. I get the black screen on chrome, firefox, and IE. I cleared cache and updated flash first. I have a good system. Any ideas?

edit: also can't play from facebook.

Same issue here when I try to load from work , I am suspecting the net is too slow to make a connection, is your Internet reasonably slow? It might just be something on the site blocking it but don't know ;()

Hello, My ingame name is TierHaribel, I just started playing yesterday referred to the game by some friends of mine on a naruto based game similier to this. Bleach is by far my most favorite anime, and game out of everyone that has so far been made, but as of recent I can not access the game. When I log in, and choose my server (US S35) Kon appears like normal above the loading bar, it instantly becomes fully loaded, but instead of the game starting the bar says failure to Initialize, Please refresh and try again. Well I'm tired of Refreshing, I have done it over 20 times now, and I get the same thing. HELP!!!

Ok it isn't saying failure to Initialize, now it is saying Game initilizing please wait (Infinity%) and then it dissappears, and there is now another bar in the middle of the screen, And it has been at 0% for the last 2 hours. (My net runs at 25mbps I know it isn't my net) Please help.

I dont think so i played perfectly for a month and this crap started before 2 days, and my download/ upload speed is 500/250 (yes its very fast)

I can't play from work either, but from home now it let's me play for few minutes then disconect message and then doesnt even let me in game ._.

Have you tried changing your IP address? another thing I could reccomend is using a proxy server or IP changer program it might just have something to do with your geographical location or the host server not being able to read your IP adresss.

I guess its worth a shot... now its like this i can play for 5mins then get dc and cant join game, its liek soemthing blocking my connection but i played 1month without probs...

it happens to me on my works (soon to be old job new job inc more $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$) ethernet, they have certain IP address proxy settings that keep me from loading into the game.. its not the website being blocked, after load it just shows a black screen

Yeah in my job its the same thing, but in home it doesnt even load

jsut black screen, but if it load then i get in to game and after ~5min i get dc and then i get black screen and after few secs ''unable to open page'' maybe it will fix itself ._.

have you tried switching browsers? Or perhaps switching computer? do a system restore to a restore point before you got the issue (Mb a windows update) or update flash player?
mb cuz you load into the game you have a floating IP address? try set it to a steady one n see if it improves?

when this happens to me

i close all tabs delete all cookies and history

then i go back to home page for BLEACH ONLINE

and hit last server visited
that always works for me

if all also fails

1.) start a scan for viruses 5.) check your internet connection for any errors, problems, or possible people leeching off you ~ /or/~ restart your router and leave it off for 30 seconds+

2.) optimize your PC/laptop

3.) check the flash player for updates

4.) restart laptop/PC ~ or let it cool down if you think it may be too hot

I suppose system restore wouldnt hurt, maybe my router is blocking something?

I did absolutely nothing came back from work and everything is fine. It's just that feeling that last 4 days i got no exp from events ._.

maybe they resolved the issue on the server side
