I just started a few days ago and the 7 day week gift disappeared when it hasnt been a week. Further more i thought they would give all at once after the 7 days so i waited patiently so i didnt get any of the promised gifts such as the zanpakto can someone help out?

if you didn't top up, you can start again on a new server.. there is no solution for this.. if ur lucky on the server u will get every reward.. I didn't have this bug on my server when I first started so don't know if u will get it in the future or not.. but if you want it that badly, you can start over again. If you don't want to waste time and effort just ignore it and continue lvling.. Ps it's not worth starting over again for
