But I wasn't even talking, and hadn't talked for awhile. But while playing out of the blue I got a message saying spam. When I hadn't said anything in world chat for a long time

uh.. that have a CD of 10 seconds, why he would get ban, thats not even fair for some reason is that option to "Send Announcement". Instead there should be a an option for take out system annoying Spam.

true! you cant get banned in that sort of system.

I'm wondering if a person could of done that? Because she was only talking to one person. Could that person have reported her for spam?
That would really be messed up, and an abuse of the system.

I don't believe PGM's have a mute power.

The chat is also semi buggy at times, not only does World Chat have a CD on typing, messages sometimes when typed right at CD expiring, will not send, but put you on CD again, making it "seem" like your muted. But you're not.

It says I am currently muted in World Chat. But I can't chat to anyone. And I wasn't even speaking in World Chat that day. And I can't pm or talk to anyone. So I don't know what is going on. If I was muted where was the warning? Or at least a email saying what I did?

Did you get in trouble by a PGM to get reported to the admins who could mute you?

Thats just it when? I didn't have a PM from anyone asking me anything? I was only talking privately with one person. And they they logged off, and I went about my daily routine. I logged off and when I came back on I couldn't talk to anyone.
If I did something wrong? Wouldn't I get a email or notifications warnings or anything? If I did do something wrong I have no idea what it was. Because I wasn't told anything. And I have nothing in my mailbox saying I did wrong. I just want someone to get to the bottom of this. S1 has a big problem with a abusive pgm now too. This happen before the mockery of what happen tonight with Skyrave. Maybe he reported me and never told me. But even then I was talking to someone privately. I never said anything in World chat for a few days. If it was Skyrave we need a new pgm because I didn't even get a warning.
Give it to someone else who applied. And will follow rules themselves.
