Hello tech support,

The server I reside on US 136 and, none of us there have never received on the 3rd day of the 7 day login our Gegetsuburi picture book to unlock the Zanpakuto. Along with that
we on the 7th day of the 7 day login gift pack we never received our Gold Ichigo partner either. We all find this un-fair since we did top-up mostly for the reason of gaining these two
as our Zanpkuto/Partner. Everyone on the server US 136 can vouch for this and, we would like to get our gift packs. This isn't the way to treat customers of your game, who support you
by donating money and, the company not keeping their promise on what we are to get from doing so. All we ask on server US 136 is that the staff help us with this problem as soon as possible and,
if not then we will have a bigger problem on our hands.

I've logged on for seven days as proof.

Checked my backpack, no card thing to summon him as a partner.

Finally, nothing about a Gold Ichigo in my partner tab. This will go the same for everyone on the US server 136 who topped-up to get him and Gegetsuburi.

I didnt get my gold ichi and on this server is the first time ive ever topped up.I would like my ichigo please and gegesubiri. I took money out of my pocket to help support this game so please dont screw us over ty

I did not receive Gegetsuburi after 3rd day passed. I am not on my 7th day yet but I get the feeling I won't get Ichigo when that time comes. I am from server 136. My character's name: Yami Karma

I did not get Gegetsubri, and I waited very patiently for him and I don't want to not get Ichigo in two days when I sign in two more times. I am from server 136 and my character's name is Kyofu Kaze.

I had this problem as well when I started a profile on server US 94. Luckly I don't immediately Top-up so I just left the server after the 7 day login did not work and the Free Gold didn't work either.

server 152 didnt get the gold Ichigo OR the Gegetsuburi was planning to top up again but if this is how it is going to be then it wont happen.

I haven't gotten Gegetsuburi, the spirit stones for day five, and given the lack of both so far probably gonna be missing Ichigo. Please correct this. I enjoy the game, would love to top up and play more, but not if these sort of bugs aren't being compensated for and fixed.

no one gets the zanpakuto or golden ichigo, this is bc they dont care about it. They dont even respond to the forums where people or complaining about bugs and glitches. they should be way more active. So get new forum mods!
