Title: Single Top-up missing [Print this page]

hi there Ikeda from server 76 here,
just top-up 3200 gold at server time 00:12 and didn't get my single top-up´s the only reason i know that is that i only have 12 purple reishi and i shoud get at least 50 from the single top-up
can u tell me if i got that wrong?

p.s. since it 4 top-up´s i didn't get i hope for an answer soon...

as single top up is if you top that amount in 1 ~ 2 tries

single top ups doesn't = accumulative top up

they do this because they want you to do math to get the most rewards and then screw it up and accidentally spend more than you should

i really can't think of anything else that would ...

the accumulative top up i there at 3200 and i got the rewards from them, and got the rebate too

what rewards did you get

you should check out the accumulative top up and see if the server read it
