I know how you feel, man. Gogames hardly ever supports their players. Bugs have become a part of the game (and an annoying one) Some of us learn to deal with it knowing that it is highly unlikely that they will fix it. They seem focused on making money and creating new events with a ridiculously high price with nerfed rewards instead of fixing bugs like the SWP modify partner. I'm VIP 4 as well and thats because that offered the best advantage with the skip battle. Afterwards I haven't spent a dime on the game. Unless they start making rewards match the price they are given I will not spend anything.

i get a replay either instantly or once per week

Just keep replying on the mail you send and eventually you'll get an answer.

However you can ask 1 question only... if you ask more than one, there's a chance they ignore your 2nd question

i am VIP 9... n still i dun get my replies for months... until i got fed up...

din even bother to send them any more mails...

n they promise me my compensation... its alrd been like 4 months ?

They really need to let more capable people handle the game. People who actually care what the players think and pay attention to the feedback they are given.

but some companies dun see the importance in givin players a better service...

n they dun wanna hire more staffs...

coz all games hav their life span...

Probably saving for a mansion XD. I don't think that they realize that the better the service and game play of the game the more people that will stay active and probably pay along the way even probably bringing in more players as well. Like they say: "You have to spend money to make money".

im vip9 and this game basically sucks now, i got frags for alot of my swp partners but they too damm lazy to fix any of the bugs hell hire me cause i bet i can do a way better then you can at this game prices way to freaking high man and you nerf the hell outta the ubp and other event partners its getting to where alot of people are getting annoyed with it so fix the freakin bugs already or quit your job sheesh such lazyness from money hungry people
