Im new so im not sure if this is a bug or a misunderstanding but my kon has been level 10 for a while now but i cant upgrade him for some reason. I go to my hut i click activating route put type 1 mod soul click go activating and clicked activate but it doesn't work at all. If im doing some thing wrong please tell me thanks in advance.

Choose a Modsoul higher than yours on the activation route. Once your mod soul gets to the max level you can get a better one.
