I wonder how does ES system really works

The main world level is 78 but yet my ES is lvl121
I'm the highest level on my server but my level is only 110 (nothing close to 121)

So I find it weird for him to be that high when the other older servers have lower lvl ES than we do..

What are the reasons?
is it because he dies in less than 4mins?

We will find out if we compare few servers to this

So Please reply with
1- Your Server
2- ES Level
3- How long does it take to kill all 3 Evil spirits?
4- The highest level on your server
5- The last time ES level increased (ex Yesterday it was 120, today it is 121)
