I joined yesterday and completed 38 levels.

I closed the browser today. I logged back in to the game today - all of my character levels are back to 0 and my VIP status has disappeared!

What has happened!?!

i dont know, but i had to go through all the servers from 1- last one lol

no vitality reset. if you are below max cap you get 3 vit/half an hour until you reach max cap. then the only way to get vit is to purchase with gold/coupons, seireitei restaurant, partying at home if you are at/above max cap.
