I would wish to know what the penalty is for leaving the guild or kicking somebody. Is it the assets they contributed with in that day or the full amount?

If it is the full amount, I think this system is broken beyond words.

If you kick someone out of the guild, the total contribution they had will be deducted from the guild's assets.

And it's the same for when somebody leaves. I don't know but this seems a bit extreme. You have an idling player who contributed a lot. If you kick him, your guild will be set back a lot. Honestly, I do not understand this design decision.

it's not broken they make it that way so u can't farm assets.

This is indeed why it's done. I think it could be done a little better, as in asset player caps to avoid exploitation, as it does suck not to be able to remove idle players who haven't been on in days or weeks for actives.

the only way is share id or looking active member.
