Question 1: Why can't we sell Enchant stones? They just sit there building up. and to use them repeatedly makes you miss Revive where you can get #% health back during battle.

Question 2: I have what i beleive is Golden, but Rangiku Matsumoto, Fully modified. when i go to give her a Gold Hogu it says to Upgrade her characters soul map. How do i do that?

Rangiku is a purple char and can't use gold hogu and if enchant stones are building up keep a wpn that you don't use and waste them on that wpn if you need the bag space.

Multiple items cannot be sold, most of the time there is no reason why they should not be able to be sold, that's just how the game is I suppose.

#1 Why can't we sell extra/excess modify fragments?

#2 is is there a way to have accessories inherit lv's from weaker accessories? like we can with equipment? because otherwise all those spent crystal cores go to waste

yes they do cause no unfortunatly you cannot inherit acc.

You get her from the first top-up event.
If this events is not present, i guess it would be a bug, as it should be shown on the server as long as you didn't take the rewards.

Would it be possible that you sent us a screenshot of you ingame events, just a normal screengrab of your whole screen ingame.

The most likely reason is that you joined a server that has been active for a while, for those servers do not always have these rewards for new players although i do believe it is a bug.

Yea, she might be in your backpack as well.
If this is the case, then tobiume should be too, go to zanpakuto's and try to click activate, she should be available immediately

I don't believe so, but since you are quite high level, you don't really need her.
Getting sogyo isn't that much better than having kaze and zabimaru, so it shouldn't really be a problem

You're right! Anyway i'm focus to get Zangetsu in ubp but need wait a lot.

But i don't really understand why they don't give that reward again
