I just started playing and i did not recieve anything from the 1st 7days of login i got the smal silver packs but i did not get the purple reishi pack, ichigo, gegetsuburi, prestige pack, vitality pack, spirit stone gift pack, level 3 hogu treasure chest pack I also paid for this and expect to get the quality i deserve so please fix these errors ASAP
I really need ichigo at the moment oh and also during the guild the whole server disconnected my guild Bankai was in first place and we did not recieve the reward i placed in 4 or 5th i believe and i did not recieve anything for that either i really want my rewards for the events.
