I have not received my 7 day pack and 3 day pack With Ichigo and Gegetsubari. Is there anyway to get them or am I screwed.

Also this game's support team is fucking terrible because they won't really help you

Yeah I'm kind of realizing that, after sending 3 email to them and cant even get a reply. Well I was planning on investing a bit of money into the game, but when a bug like this happens and the creators cant even reply about it. I am not going to risk any money towards the game.

guys, did u actually check your backpack?
Both Ichigo and Gegetsuburi comes in as an item. Gegetsu as a book (check in zanpakuto tab if u can use the book) and ichigo should be in backpack (you don't need to use it if you don't want to, some people save him for later, cuz as i heard, if you get Isshin, you can make a Mugetsu Ichigo from the one from 7 days pack (that way you don't waste your partner spot)

I have yet to receive my ichigo and gegetseburi packs. Server US 158. Been playing for longer than the 7 days required, would be much appreciated to receive these items.

I still think people don't actually check if they got it or not, and only yell "i didn't get my gift, do something" xP
At fitst i had same thoughts like "where the hell is that ichigo", search option doesn't really hurt that much and when i saw an info "check in ur backpack" i did it and what? Yea it was in the backpack. People Check twice before you say you didn't get it

i think they just did fix it. the seven day gift pack just reset across all servers. we'll have to see in 3 days.

Server 161, after they merged, no 7 day packs, I am VIP1, no tobeume or Rangiku... Nobody cares, I'm not alone in this one, nobody since the merge has gotten any of these... Please fix this, like i literally payed money to you guys and didn't get my stuff... that's ain't right
