Level 50 Recruit Order

Hi everyone, I have just reached lvl 50.
My actual team:
V - Sado
A - Main + Rangiku
S - Nemu or [Nanao for Ryoka]

What should I get next? Is orihime really a "MUST" or I can take them in this order:
Renji > Rukia > Orihime/Momo

i would take momo or rukia.
no i did it, in similar situation. i only used ichigo instead of rangiku. i took rukia, than momo (aldo now would switch this 2), than orihime than renji.
