i logged in for 7 days and haven't get Ichigo. How can I get him?

You check your backpack to see if he's in there. If not, you don't get him unless GoGames fixes up this issue for EVERYONE ELSE that's had this same issue and made a post on the forums about it.

Maybe it was a limited time offer because it does say"FIRST7 DAYS OF LAUNCHING" or its just a bug

Damn it, that sucks. Just got to seven days and didn't receive him either. I focused on the other roles with getting Ichigo as an assaulter in mind.

Any way they might retroactively give him to people when they become aware of the issue?

but he was best suited at early levels of pvp esp cos he would attack the assaulters.
