Well i was wondering in-game i want to give all my characters purple stuff then i came down to a problem i don't actually know where i got the Jibakurei stuff in the first place so i am wonderinf if someone has some sort of strategy to getting it Please tell would be help full!

He's referring to the "hard" instance which becomes available to do around level 30, the first one, entitled on the map "Instance - Sneak Attack Human World".
