i just reached lvl 100 my team is:
Tosen (atacks first with really high att speed, so the oponent assaulters will deal low dmg each time they use their skill)
kisuke urahara (t1)
shinigami urahara (turns into t1 and silence the supporters)
main kido
stark

So i will get shinigami youruichi but i don't know if she fits on my team, i would like to know what is she good for and if she fits my team

my 5th partner would be ishin instead of tosen , well i get your point ichigo but if i do that ill have to remove tosen and so i would be vulnerable to assaulters , for pve i totaly understand that she fits xD

She will surely fit with shinigami urahara to numb the supporter as supporter will become most threat to you
