actually the case would be,

gin if there is a faster/stronger assaulter and
aizen if there is a faster/stronger supporter

basically to reduce fury and if they attack first then mostly to try to stop them from attacking again.

uno is a healer if you don't have her last modded better invest on contrlling the other team, the hp buff in arena makes the sup sustain more round thus more chances to control, if you wanna have a straight answer post a battle report of the rival you want to defeat

per example im running a 2/2/1 formation witn gin-uno/isshin-main/ss kenpachi. with my formation i just need aizen to control the supports because isshin takes full control of enemy Assaulters.
