I'm stuck in stage 30 of level 85 seiretei soul palace as I can't beat Toshiro. He's basically T1, he and his team. I can't do anything, because I'm not T1. When his team does their skill they do a lot of damage to me.

Any tips on how to beat him?

Get stronger

you don't need t1 to beat him.. just check what ur missing.. is he attacking first or u do? trying to increase ur dmg/speed, use aoe partners if possible, maybe use a stunner if that works on him like gin/aizen/youruchi

Hes T1. I'm attacking first but hes using skills on 1st turn.
