I don't like the fact that Kazeshini gives no healing bonus for your vanguard, but then again - less and less people use orihime in higher level pvp.

Kazeshini is one of the most powerful zanpakuto in the game for damage. I'm surprised a free item is so good.

Sode gives speed to all
suzume gives your sup fury and reduces enemy sup fury by 2
I'd say Suzume if you have a fast support, with her you can ruin enemy T1

I'm quite sure they will bring at least one new Zanpakuto soon-ish... and most of TZ is wasted with Tenjiro and the Sup-Goes-First Meta.
