I think I speak for everyone when I say that when it comes to taking our hard earned money, you have no problem. But when we have a problem and want it fixed, as paying customers, we're entitled to that service and it isn't happening. If I went to a car shop and asked for a full service and only got a half service, I'd go back and expect the rest of the service to be done.. and free of charge at that. From what I've read so far, this has been an ongoing issue for months. 2 months at least. I'm a new player, I've invested money into what I think is a well developed game (translation could really use a little work but that's ok). I invested this money so that it could be invested back into the development and service of this game. Again, as a paying customer, I expect to be getting exactly what I'm paying for and being told I'm paying for.
A lot of the posts I've seen have been toxic at best. I'd kind of understand if the developers are acting on a personal agenda based on that.. but enough. It's time that the people like myself get what they're paying for and what they're told they're going to get. False advertisement is no joke.
