Food Wars, this one got me interesting to this series. Thing is it just started so i guess what 3-4 eps i believe. I would love to get a long series of such genre if available. any reccomendation?

its too good that i cant have the patience to wait for it, would love to grab a long series

I don't think there's anything similar to Shokugeki, but if you enjoy the anime ( which is currently at 5 episodes ) you could try reading the manga of it. There are 116 Chapters right now with a new chapter every week. The 5 episodes of the anime covered Chapters 1-9.

The only thing that comes to mind would be Toriko, which is probably your best and only shot.

I do recommend Hajime no Ippo series if you haven't seen it yet though.

There are some anime that do involve some cooking though, but it's not centered around it.

If you are interested, I expect a reply.

i haven't seen Toriko but noticed that the prota is available in J-stars victory vs ps3 game. thats when i wondered how famous is this guy.

so there is around 147 episodes, seems nice.

i have hajime no ippo in my hdd, but i just cant bring it up to the next watch list. i am interested in a very long series to keep me busy. i hate it when series get over so yeah
