A question about partner modify and partner stats

     I noticed that most partners at one tier or another have a modify that say "can surpass 90% limit" but what does that mean exactly?

What is the limit of that stat? If there is a limit to how high stats can be boosted then at some point does it not matter if you upgrade those spirit stones?

I mean if there is a limit then no matter what you do nothing will raise that stat any higher, so wouldn't it be pointless put anything else into that stat?

If anyone knows what those modify tiers mean or if anyone knows what the stat limits are please let me know.

okay I understand that there is some cap, but my question is.

What is the actual cap for your character stats?
If there is an actual cap wouldn't it pointless to try increase that stat any further past the limit, if it can't be increased at all?
Will spirit stones become pointless once you reach your stat limit, if it can't be increased anymore?

that seem all % stat are a cap at 90

i have seen a lot of partner who have a tiers for up the strategy attack , but they are supose to do physical damage (ex: renji , sado, kaien, komamura....)

and when i see the detail i saw i have both so  that count on the dammage ? and if  how ?
