So I'm lvl 85 VIP 0, PVP orientated, and still stuck with good ol' Chad...except he's really not that good any more. I srsly need a better vang, I have been advised to get Komamura but seeing as I'll be in lvl 90 tavern soonish I'm wondering if I should save my reishi and wait for Nnoitra, or even Starkk? I'm looking for a pretty sturdy tank, but also wouldn't mind someone who can deal a decent amount of damage as well..

if you want a solid TANK get sajin till 110. but if you are prepared to get someone like hyorinmaru/senbon i'd definitly recommend starrk.

Well He is VIP0 So those zanpaktou aint in his budget.
Komamaru or how ever u spell his name is a good tank. he can take damage but as far as dealing damage he is a bit on the weak side
Stark is more pvp but its good if u have high break stones. I never use nnotoria but i think he a bit better than sajin stats wise. but defence wise sajin is better IMO
Since yah F2P i woud just stay get sajin and then at 110 go for ichigo. Ichigo is better for F2P since he does better damage than start if your not looking to have many partners
If u get stark you will need high level stones for him. But stark is pretty good

Noitorra is pretty damn decent and almost within your reach. Komamru probably plays more like sado though. Stark is stil pretty far away, doubt you want to stick to Sado for that long.

yeah i would also suggest kommamura sajin, stark is pretty far away, noitora anit that bad but sajin is better for f2p

Why cant they in his budget , if he is aiming for next ubp event , he might get sanbun or even murumasa ! so go for stark no doubt!!

ya u can do 4.3k ice crystals per day on UBP so if they would put senbon/mura for 47k ice cryst ... u would be screwed preatty hard 10 days * 4.3=43k ..and all about ur luck... im not sure if i would go for it even if it would cost 42k ... a little bit risky bet

But they say sanbun will be available at only 37 k crystals ? same goes to murumasa he will be at 41 k

yea that's my problem with getting Koma, I mean Chad was great and all in the beginning but when it comes to attacks that attack all enemies he's kind of useless...that's why i was looking for someone a bit more offensive. And hell no I don't want Sado that long lol.

Yea, I read in the tavern guide demon Ichi is best for f2p but he's so far away

I like that nnoitra has a larger attack, but if he needs hectic stones then maybe he isn't the best choice for me...I only have coupons to work with, no gold, so stones are few and far between except for those i win :/

lol I am actually saving for next UBP

but I'm only up to 3300 vitality so not sure I'll make the next one, might only be the one after that

hmm? around the same vit as me. i'd say get sajin cuz i am using him and he is a beast of a tank. he wont do alot of damage but that is what assaulters are for. but when you get to 90 get unohana since she heals your assaulters and vanguard every around. and when you get to lvl 100. i'd say hell go for starrk. he is a badass. i'm going to get him when im lvl 100. even tho i dont have that high of stones but i am still collecting them all on the way to him. and 110. idk about ichigo. but there is someone there i'd like to get.

hahaha this is just a guess but I'm gonna guess you like Starkk ;) cool, thanks for the info! If only there was a beauty game to get reishi lol these characters get so expensive...I'm at the point where I can either get Komamura now or janken a couple times and get Kisuke first instead, plus am saving coupons for Shin Nel, but they all cost so much reishi and it takes me forever to get it lol. It's evil!

yep. it is evil >.< lol. and if your going to more pvp then pve i'd say get tosen as well. if you have yoruichi thats good. tosen is pretty good for pvp. i use in my team my main, tosen, sajin, yoruichi, and orihime. still waiting of unohana XD but yeah. if yoruichi and tosen our speeds everyone that is a dangerous combo. and when i reach lvl 110 im going for aizen. he does the same thing as yoruichi but at a higher rate.

Tanks are hard to deal damage to. You have to have High Break defense and High Atk.
Best tank for a F2P is Ichigo. So what ever route yu take try to work for him If you plan on staying F2P.

Yes I'm def more PVP because of my time zone - I'm 7 hours ahead of the server time so pretty much all of the events happen at 3am or 5am my time, so no point in building a PVE team really :/ only event I get to do is alliance blood battle and maybe evil spirit but thats it. My team right now is chad, main, ikkaku, yoruichi and rukia. Rukia is disappointing me a little though on the attack side, she doesn't seem to do much damage and she can't use gold hogu...only keeping her around for the + fury right now. I've battled people with kisuke tho and he does pretty good damage, that's why I'm thinking of him...and maybe Gin later on. It's so hard deciding on a team lol I guess I should go and stalk the top players in my server and see what formations they have haha XD

ah i see. yeah pve isnt really my strong suit in this game. tho in destiny i would be called one the op. but standing aside. get kisuke then. i dont use him or any other fury giver so idk much. but try to make him T1 fury and out speeds everyone else. then just work your way up.

i found komamura isnt so bad for atk but maybe everyone on my serv is weak in def...
growth rate is lower and last mod remains a mystery (what does it do?) but at lvl 103 i still see no reason to change him
my komamura is at 43k atk 37k Pdef 33k Kido def but i am not f2p and have average stones (lvl6 str x6 lvl 6 wis x6)
only 3 van on my server that counters with more than 5 damage one is my komamura

Komamura is a solid VG no doubt. For a pve standpoint, hes good until lvl 110 adn will work wonders in hollow soul map thingy...I've never use stark, but he should be just as good a tank as any if built correctly. One of stak's strong point is strength (no pun intended) and strength gives defense, combine that with his mods and you get a well rounded VG. He just need a good VG Zan. Zabimaru or the one you get after kazeshini (forgot the name, but it poisons all) works well for VGs.

What high stones do you need for stark? I got lvl 5 and 6 stones on stamina, block and dodge stones. I also have lvl 4 stones on counter. Also I have level 3 stones on wisdom and level 3 stones on strength. I dont give higher strength stones to vanguard since im a pve person and all my high level strength stones go to assaulters.

yeah go for komamura. He is too good for me. He has more resistance to death or should i say he is die hard. For Stark, he is good too. But you can wait for lvl 110 tavern to get hollowed ichigo cuz he is better than stark. I am also hearing that komamura full mod is better than hollowed ichigo

i'd say get lvl at least 6 or 7 stamina, block, counter stones with your wisdom and strength stone at lvl 6. and take dodge off and put either hit rate lvl 6 or 7 or break defence stones. starrk is like a good vanguard to have. and to use him for hollow soul map, trial, pvp, pve, etc.

Sounds like too much of high stones to use for stark. I think I'm gonna stick with sajin better. All my high stones are for assaulters, only the high block stam and counter stones are for vanguard.

kind of a bad pick there to use only those for your van. starrk is pretty good in hollow soul map. and other things. he is worth it.

I'm an f2p and i've been using starrk for too long..
if you have lvl 7+ block stones.. then the rest is lvl 6+.. get starrk (but ideally. it should be lvl 8+ stones on starrk)
if not... stick to sajin until u reach 110..
U can save ur gold reishi's to get ichigo

for free players it goes like this

Sado -> Komamura -> Ichigo (This disregards the events where you can get partners and zanpakuto)

if you are free player and got lucky on event such as UBP you can go like this

Sado -> Toshiro/Rangiku/ -> Ichigo

if you get a free zanpakuto from UBP then you can go with Stark, like the other guys said, Starkk is good with Senbon and The ice dragon thing.
