ok i want to know who would use these character ideas as a partner they use every day.

Talent is Kazeshini. Increases strength and agility by a certain percent.

Skill. Reap Kazeshini. Growth rate is 320% attack enemy Assaulters and decreases enemy crit. rate by 40% and increases ally Assaulter's Hit rate by 40% and has a low chance of decreasing enemy assaulter's fury by 15 points.
