Title: Meru Stage 3, cannot Receive [Print this page]

EU S14 - character: Caelerys

in Events > Trial Triumph i can't Receive the Meru Stage 3 rewards, it doesn't even show as Passed.

Please note that I have both Stage 2 (the previous step) and Stage 5 (the next step) flagged as Passed, and Received.

I noticed this yesterday; today (assuming the "bug" was occurring because I hade Stage 5 already cleared), I tried to only complete Stage 3 (Yumichika Ayasegawa), but still doesn't register as Passed and won't let me Receive

Ideas?

Not Passed, cannot Receive
...but as u can see, I DID pass it

Clear Istance:
Cannot Receive
...but as u can see, I can Auto-Battle Hard, hence I DID pass it

Rank Upgrade:
Not Complete, cannot Receive
...but as u can see, I'm well above that

rewards are limited to 30. in RECEIVE tab u can see: remaining reward 0. for that u cant receive these rewards.

oooh I was reading it wrong xD I understood I could collect 30 rewards max overall, but it means only the first 30 ppl in the server get rewards, doesn't it
