So im finally got to lvl80 and i have an 1-2-2 team form that concludes momo,yoruichi,main,ikkaku,koma
What should my next move be

You'll definitely need more than that. Hopefully you catch some luck

Your formation is looking pretty good. Personally, I'd just focus on keeping your equips decently fortified and maybe get your reiatsu up to 40 if you haven't already so you can fully upgrade your zanpakuto.
