For those of you confused how the whole system works, I'll explain it as I did elsewhere, but maybe this will be more visable.

1) A player make his/her purchase.
2) Amopay or Paymentwall deducts corresponding amount of money from the player’s bank account.
3) Amopay or Paymentwall reviews the player's payment.
4) If the player's payment was permitted the money he/she paid will be transferred to Gogames and he/she will receive the gold they bought.
5) If not, the money will be returned, usually it takes 7-15 business days to complete the whole refunding procedure.

So, in conclusion, your payment was rejected by Amopay's risk controlling system and, GoGames never takenreceived your money.

When you top up, the money does not go to GoGames directly, instead it's handled by a 3rd party. WHY this is, I don't know, ALL games like this use this method. AmoPay is a Chinese company. All games like Bleach Online have AmoPay as a payment system. IE: Unlimited Ninja. ALL THESE GAMES ARE HAVING ISSUES WITH AMOPAY AS WELL.

I've lost several hundred dollars as well, and I'm waiting till the first of the month to see if I get it refunded, like I was asked. As a player as well I'll ask people to NOT USE AMOPAY till these issues are resolved. I've tried to contact Charlie about having it disabled but no response as of now.

When I get more information that is RELEVANT to the situation, I'll post it.

Don't know, i bought gold with paywall several times and it was literally instant, as i would press "Complete Procedure" on my paywall, after i switch back to the game window, the gold would already be there ._.

Used to be that way with me to, here lately it's taken 5 min to an hour. It's weird.

There are also claims of it saying confirmed but never receiving gold. I'm fixing to top up $500 in a few days and I'm scared to death to do it :p

If you have 500$ to spare for bleach, i say nothing to be scared of, you dont need that money anyway ._.

hey if the payment wall permitted the payment how long will it take for the gold to be received?

same here lol i tried to topup and i did not rechive any gold ( its 50 bucks so it doesnt matter ) hopefully they will fix this isue

ı buy a 200 dolar package and my bank say they paid but it didnt come and still w8ting as they say begining of the mounth . And now ı scared too and lol w8ting mounth if they send Money bacck or package give
